Common Certifications: HCA (Home Care Aide) certification, CPR/First Aide. Certifications that are preferred but NOT required: CNA, HHA, AED, BLS

We are a full-service placement agency that offers a referral fee for compensation. Our standard fee is $3,500 for each placement. This is a one time fee due at time of hire. For more complex searches it is based on the yearly salary. We also take a $350 retainer to get started. We do not take pay out of the Caregiver's salary and you have complete control over your Caregiver as your employee.

We do allow a week trial before you hire your Caregiver. We send to you 2-5 candidates a week until you find the right fit.

It can take 1-3 weeks to find the right Caregiver for your loved one. We also help with conducting background checks, reference checks, TB shots and others, skillset check, certification checks, and we vet them thoroughly before sending them to you.

Yes, after you hire your Caregiver, we will allow in the first 90 days of hire a replacement guarantee, which allows you to replace the Caregiver for free if it doesn't work out, and we will start your search again. This is a one time use.

When you hire a Caregiver from our agency, you are technically the Employer and need to have an employment contract and set up payroll for tax reasons. This allows the Caregiver to have workers compensation and insurance. We have a 3rd party company that will assist you with this process of hiring a domestic worker that keeps it easy and very affordable monthly fee of $70/month.
